The Operations Manager position is a key role at MIAB that, together with our local organization, ensures we continue to deliver excellent service to our steadily growing customer base. About the Role As Operations Manager, you are responsible for leading and developing the daily operations of your area, including staff, customer relations, finances and quality. The role involves leading team leaders and cleaning staff toward set goals within the framework of MIAB's business concept, values and quality requirements. You ensure that services are delivered according to agreement and quality standards to our customer on a daily basis. You maintain continuous dialogue with the customer for check-ins, follow up on agreements and drive upselling to optimize our delivery and profitability. You lead and follow up on staff and support your team leaders in matters of operations, cleaning staff, planning and recruitment. The role also includes responsibility for ensuring compliance with collective agreements and labor law guidelines regarding work environment, rehabilitation and other personnel matters. The position also includes some travel within the operations area to visit and follow up with customers and staff. You like to set goals for yourself and the business and follow up on them to ensure good results. You are comfortable with structured working methods, complete what you start and meet deadlines. We would also like to see that you have: Experience in leadership, personnel responsibility or a supervisory responsibility over a team Experience with finance-related work including budget responsibility, invoicing and follow-up Experience with customer-facing work such as customer manager, sales or service Good computer skills in MS Office and preferably experience with systems such as time tracking, scheduling and invoice handling High school diploma Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing B driver's license for a passenger car It is an advantage to have previous experience in facility services and cleaning About Us Welcome to a company where we care about our employees and ensure that each employee understands their own role and the goals of their work.
