About the Role
As Operations Manager, you have overall responsibility for personnel, operations, customers, and budget. You actively work with personnel matters such as skills development, follow-up, and incident management. You have delegated responsibility for work environment and will conduct safety work in close collaboration with the safety organization. Leading and developing the operation according to Avarn Security's vision, business idea, and policies as well as business objectives is a given. You will actively participate in developing the operation's goals and follow up on these. You work closely with customers and monitor service delivery.
Your Qualifications:
- Documented management experience
- Experience from personnel-intensive operations
- Experience from the security industry
- Strong genuine interest in personnel and a desire to continuously improve and develop the operation
- Experience with customer relations
- Experience with security legislation and security clearances
As a person, you have high integrity, good cooperation skills, and excellent customer service orientation. You have the ability and experience to communicate, interact, and collaborate with all types of functions and personalities with a high degree of professionalism. You are driven by development, have great commitment, and are receptive to the operation and your colleagues.
