Operations Technician Wanted – Technical Building Operations Do you have experience in technical building operations and want to work in a varied role where you have significant responsibility? We are now seeking an operations technician for an established property management company focused on developing, optimizing, and ensuring the operation of modern buildings. About the Position As an operations technician, you are responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of technical installations in buildings. The role involves close collaboration with colleagues, contractors, and tenants. Your work tasks may include: Operation, troubleshooting, and optimization of heating, ventilation, cooling, and control systems. Preventive and corrective maintenance. Replacement of technical components such as pumps, valves, sensors, and fans. Energy monitoring and work on energy efficiency improvements. Contact with tenants and external suppliers. We Are Looking for You Have experience in technical building operations. Have good knowledge of plumbing, heating, and ventilation. Have experience with or interest in control and automation systems. Are solution-oriented, organized, and responsible. Enjoy working both independently and as part of a team. Hold a valid driver's license (Category B).
