About the Assignment
We are now seeking an experienced Operations and Maintenance Planner for Water/Ground Systems at Stockholm Arlanda Airport. The assignment involves providing important consultant support in operational planning, preparation, and coordination of maintenance activities in daily operations.
You will work both operatively and strategically – ensuring functional daily planning while driving the development of structure and working methods for maintenance processes.
Your Responsibilities
Operational planning and preparation of maintenance activities
Prioritization and management of work orders
Resource planning and follow-up
Coordination between planning and execution
Contribute to the development and implementation of maintenance processes
Structuring of working methods within Ground Systems and Water Systems
Integration of working methods in the existing maintenance system
Assignment Objectives
During the period, you will:
Establish a functional structure for maintenance planning
Develop and implement a standardized maintenance process
Ensure that working methods are used in daily operations
Contribute to improved work order management and prioritization
This is a consultant assignment through Adecco, start: week 34–35, the assignment is expected to run through January 1, 2027, with possibility of extension. Work is performed primarily at Stockholm Arlanda Airport and requires on-site presence 100% of the time.
About You
You should have the following qualifications:
Technical education (technical high school diploma or equivalent)
At least 3–5 years of experience with:
Maintenance planning or technical maintenance
Planning and preparation of maintenance activities
Knowledge of maintenance methodology according to EN 13306
Experience with maintenance systems/CMMS/EAM
Experience with KPI tracking and analysis
Very good skills in Swedish and English
Good computer skills
B-category driver's license
Competence within Ground Systems and/or Water Systems
Experience in coordination or work supervision
Meritorious
Experience with change and improvement initiatives
Experience with IFS
