About the role
As Operations and Service Manager, you have overall responsibility for operations, finances and personnel within the operations and service department. You are part of the company's management group and have a central role in developing working methods, structure and cooperation throughout the organization. The role involves leadership through four unit managers, where you create clarity, direction and good conditions for both results and development. You are an important link between strategic goals and operational delivery, and ensure that everything works for the company's tenants.
Your assignment
In the role, you lead, develop and follow up on operations with a focus on quality, efficiency and long-term sustainability.
Your responsibilities:
lead and develop operations and service activities within property management, technical systems, transport, logistics as well as indoor and outdoor environments
ensure energy-efficient, cost-effective, quality-assured and safe property management
take responsibility for service solutions to the municipality's operations, for example furniture and vehicle solutions
manage budget, results and operational responsibility with a focus on achieving targets
develop working methods, processes and cooperation within and between operational areas
actively contribute to the company's management group and strategic development
ensure compliance with quality and environmental requirements and drive improvement work
follow market developments and translate new opportunities in technology and operations into improvements in the business
Your background
We are looking for you who have relevant academic education in property, technology, operations, economics or equivalent area that the employer deems equivalent.
You have experience of:
management roles with personnel, budget and operational responsibility in a complex organization
work within property management and service or similar operations
driving development, change work and improved working methods

You are communicative and cooperation-oriented and enjoy a role where you lead through other managers. At the same time, you have a strong drive to develop operations that create concrete value – both for the organization and for the municipal operations that depend on functioning management and service. You combine business-like thinking with strong community engagement and make decisions that contribute to maximum benefit for the municipality's residents.
