Main Responsibilities Responsible for ongoing operations and maintenance of Vandalorum's facilities and technology, exterior areas, and security, as well as coordinating planning for future expansion. The work takes place in collaboration with the museum's management. Work is primarily scheduled during daytime, Monday to Friday, but evening and weekend work occurs. The work includes heavy lifting and work at heights. • daily operations of Vandalorum's premises (total approximately 3,800 m² including exhibition areas, restaurant, shop, offices, and storage) • responsibility for safety, fire protection, alarms, energy and climate control • coordination of interior maintenance such as contact, service and contract management • coordination of exterior maintenance such as contact, service and contract management in close collaboration with Vandalorum's head gardener • serve as the museum's contact person regarding practical building-related questions and perform simple repairs • participate in improvement, environmental, and sustainability initiatives • responsibility for incoming and outgoing goods to and from the museum • plan, lead, and participate in work with audio, video, lighting, computer, and conference technology • participate in exhibition construction and other installations Qualifications • professional experience from similar tasks • experience in project management • good ability to read construction drawings • good knowledge of Swedish and English • good IT skills • B-class driver's license You have a structured and well-organized work approach. You combine strong collaboration skills with the ability to work independently, even during periods of high tempo. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
