We are seeking a documentation specialist in Electrical, Telecommunications, and Control Systems for a state-owned actor in airport operations. This is a consulting assignment. The duty station is Stockholm Arlanda Airport. The position is full-time. The assignment involves close collaboration with projects, facility management, and internal and external customers, which places high demands on accuracy, communication skills, and teamwork. The Assignment The assignment involves working as a documentation specialist in Electrical, Telecommunications, and Control Systems with a focus on technical facility information. You will be part of a unit responsible for reviewing the accuracy of technical information and documents, particularly those linked to projects, which form the basis for ongoing facility management. The role is administrative in nature and requires in-depth knowledge of electrical systems. You work together with other specialists in various technical disciplines and serve as expert support in facility information. Responsibilities Review technical documents and ensure that the information meets applicable requirements, and process approved documents in the original archives. Handle receipt and delivery of technical information, mark-ups, formal reviews, and incorporation of technical facility information. Support projects, facility management, and internal and external customers with questions related to technical documentation and facility information. Inform and guide internal and external parties regarding requirements for technical facility information, for example concerning software, CAD models, drawings, asset lists, documents, and information security. Work with regulations and requirements and help ensure high quality and current status of technical facility information. Requirements (NOTE: mandatory) Technical education in Electrical Systems, minimum upper secondary vocational education (YH). Education in ABK 09. At least 4 years of relevant professional experience at competency level 3. At least 3 years of professional experience in design work on the consulting side with knowledge in at least the Electrical discipline. At least 3 years of experience working in case management systems, such as Fastighetsportalen, and archive management. At least 3 years of experience working with CAD software. Experience with MagiCAD EL on AutoCAD is a mandatory requirement. Experience working with regulations and requirements related to technical facility information. Very good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written. You must be available to start immediately. Meritorious Professional experience with ElproCAD, KNX, Bluebeam. Personal Qualities Very good communication skills. Very good teamwork skills. Ability to work in a structured and thorough manner with technical information and documentation. Customer-oriented and pedagogical with the ability to support and guide both internal and external parties. Ability to work independently while functioning well in a larger team with multiple different technical disciplines.
