We have been here for over 40 years and around 100 people work here. We have well-developed emergency veterinary care, and the animal hospital also operates successful programs in areas such as oncology including radiation therapy, surgery, dentistry, and ophthalmology. We work with diagnostic imaging such as CT and ultrasound using the latest technical equipment. Our emergency department is currently open 07.00-21, but we have hospitalized animals 24/7. We are passionate about providing animals and their owners with a place to turn when their pet becomes ill – and we are working long-term to be able to accept patients 24/7. About the role As an animal care professional with us, you will become an important part of the team caring for our patients. Your work tasks are varied and you will receive introduction and training based on your needs and the facility's needs. You will work with, among other things: Participating in daily clinical work together with Assisting veterinarians and veterinary nurses in daily clinical work Care of hospitalized patients Preparations before and after treatments and surgeries Sample collection, laboratory work, and documentation Contact and communication with animal owners Contributing to a well-functioning team, good work environment, and a safe patient experience We work closely together across professional boundaries and value collaboration, knowledge sharing, and a pragmatic approach.
