Näsgården is a dairy farm located outside Örnsköldsvik surrounded by beautiful nature, friendly people, and access to services. We, Amanda and Oskar, have owned the farm since 2021. Our drive is to find new solutions and continuously improve, with the goal of staying at the forefront. The farm has 350 dairy cows and is expanding. We manage approximately 675 hectares of farmland, with a focus on forage production, but also grain for threshing. The cows are milked by 6 robotic milking systems as of 2025 in a modern barn with free-stall housing. We who operate and work at Näsgården are an engaged and forward-thinking team. For us, the animals come first and the most important thing is that they are as well cared for as possible. But we also care about being a pleasant workplace and that we can be proud of the work we do together with the animals and in crop production. Now we are looking for you who want to work as an animal care worker. The work includes all tasks related to animal care, such as caring for dairy cows, caring for calves, animal supervision in pasture, and daily hygiene routines. What we are looking for in you is a positive attitude, a willingness to contribute to good teamwork, and a desire to develop. We view positively if you have previous experience or education in agriculture, but it is not a requirement – we are looking for the right person to develop our operation together with. The position is primarily full-time, but adjustments can be made. Some weekend work is included. Opportunity to rent housing is available.
