Your main work duties consist of: Facility maintenance: Painting work, handling reported defects, minor repairs, and inspection of technical equipment - heating and ventilation. There will also be quite a bit of construction site cleanup. Exterior maintenance: Snow removal, grass cutting, and facade maintenance. The work location varies between Boden and Luleå. Requirements Category B Driver's License Swedish speaker with good understanding of English Previous experience in service work & property maintenance Resident of Boden or Luleå Merits Category BE Driver's License Hot Work Certification Other required certifications (lift, fall protection, etc.)
