All professions in primary care are represented at the facility. We also have a child health center and family center. Health Center City is located in the center of Eskilstuna. Primary care on-call services are provided on weekends at Health Center City's premises in collaboration with other health centers in Eskilstuna. We work with the Near Care transformation, which means that we co-create with residents and shift focus to working more person-centered, cohesive, proactive, and health-promoting. Your Responsibilities The work consists of a constant variety of tasks such as telephone advice, digital care contacts, and clinic visits. On-call shifts at the primary care clinic occur. You manage your own work but also contribute to the overall function of the health center and develop the operations together with us. You make independent assessments, perform examinations, and triage to the appropriate level of care. You meet your patients in person, virtually, or by telephone.
