About the Operation
Svärdsjö Healthcare Center is a small clinic with approximately 22 employees from various professions. We are located about 26 km north of Falun and serve a large geographic area in a rural setting. We have over 5,000 registered patients, each with a dedicated named physician. In addition to nurses/district nurses, our team includes medical secretaries, nursing assistants, and physicians. We collaborate with other primary healthcare units in the Falun area, and some days we also have additional professionals on-site, such as a rehabilitation coordinator, physiotherapist, mental health care coordinator, and psychologist. The work environment is excellent and characterized by good, unpretentious collaboration where we help each other regardless of professional category.
Job Responsibilities
Telephone advice and guidance via chat and e-services.
Clinic work, both scheduled and acute cases.
Independent work where you make your own assessments and have the opportunity to complete treatment when appropriate.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working independently, takes own initiative, and at the same time values teamwork—as collaboration is an important part of our work.
We appreciate commitment, responsibility-taking, and a positive attitude.
Work hours at the clinic are scheduled during daytime, 8-17, according to roster.
Qualifications
Requirements:
Licensed Registered Nurse
B-class driver's license
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
Meritorious:
Relevant further education
Experience with telephone advice and clinic work at a healthcare center
Experience with child health center work
