Duties
The duties consist of, among other things, telephone advice, reception work with your own patients/own reception. It also includes medication management and prescription of certain medications and aids, and requires great personal responsibility and the ability to work independently and as part of a team with others.
Qualifications
Licensed registered nurse. You are independent, organized with extensive experience and feel confident in your professional role, and have good communication skills and a talent for collaboration. You have a genuine interest in patient care and want to work towards the development of the operation, your work group, and your own personal development. Diabetes and/or asthma/COPD further education and specialist registered nurse qualification with a focus on district nursing are merits.
You are good at creating positive interactions with both patients and colleagues. Contributing to the operation's development and change projects is something you see as a natural part of your work. Experience from primary care is a merit, but personal suitability is valued highly.
