JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Working as a registered nurse/district nurse in primary care means following patients throughout their lives. We work from both a health promotion and disease prevention perspective, as well as with acute symptoms.
With us you are offered varied and developmental work. Job responsibilities include clinic work, wound dressing, assessments, and telephone and digital healthcare consultations. We also see that you as an applicant are interested in working with our diabetes patients at our specialist clinic.
As a district nurse/registered nurse in primary care, you also contribute your expertise to our on-call doctor service during evenings and weekends. Many of us share this responsibility, and we offer you a special introduction to the on-call service so you feel confident in your role.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you as a licensed district nurse or registered nurse with an interest in primary care in general and diabetes care in particular. You enjoy working close to patients and are a dedicated and responsible person.
As a person, you are confident in your professional role and have the ability to work independently while enjoying collaboration with other professionals. You have good patient interaction skills, listen to patient needs, and have a knack for building trusting relationships. We also value that you are proactive and take responsibility.
