We have approximately 70 employees working in a committed interprofessional team consisting of district nurses, specialist physicians, resident physicians, physiotherapists, occupational therapist, nursing assistants, dietitian, social worker, psychologist, medical secretaries, and administrators. Together we provide safe, accessible, and person-centered care where the patient is always at the center. WORK DUTIES As a district nurse with us, you have a central role at the clinic where you meet patients with varying care needs. Your duties include telephone advice, work with 1177 Direct and 1177 e-services, as well as your own clinic hours. You work closely with other professionals to provide patients with safe, accessible, and person-centered care. Beyond direct patient care, you will have a developmental assignment where you support your colleagues in areas such as wound care and other district nurse-specific work areas. You contribute by sharing your expertise, advising on dressing materials and working methods, and participating in training and improvement initiatives. The assignment also includes working with the unit manager on development issues, training initiatives, and responsible management of materials and finances. QUALIFICATIONS We welcome you as a licensed district nurse with the authority to practice within Swedish healthcare. Swedish language skills equivalent to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale are required. It is meritorious if you have experience working in primary care and a particular interest in, for example, wound care, supervision, or improvement work.
