Here we meet patients' needs through a broad range of primary care services and actively work with health promotion and preventive measures to strengthen patients' health and quality of life. We have approximately 70 employees working in a dedicated multidisciplinary team consisting of district nurses, specialist physicians, trainee physicians, physiotherapists, occupational therapist, nursing assistants, dietitian, counselor, psychologist, medical secretaries, and administrators. Together we offer safe, accessible, and patient-centered care where the patient is always at the center. The health center also has training positions for several different professional categories and is characterized by a good mix of experience, fresh thinking, and a spirit of development. 1 position(s). WORK TASKS As a district nurse with us, you have a central role at the clinic where you meet patients with varying care needs. Your work tasks include telephone advice, work in 1177 Direct and 1177 e-services, and your own clinic. You work closely with other professionals to offer patients safe, accessible, and patient-centered care. Beyond direct patient care, you receive a developmental assignment where you become a support for your colleagues in areas such as wound care and other district nurse-specific work areas. You contribute by sharing your expertise, assisting in the selection of dressing materials and working methods, and participating in training and improvement initiatives. The assignment also includes working with the unit manager on development issues, training initiatives, and responsible work regarding materials and finances. QUALIFICATIONS We welcome you if you are a licensed district nurse with authorization to practice in Swedish healthcare. Swedish language skills equivalent to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's level scale are required. It is advantageous if you have experience working in primary care and a particular interest in, for example, wound care, supervision, or improvement work.
