We have specialized nurse-based clinics for asthma/COPD, diabetes, heart failure, cognitive impairment, and targeted health consultations. There is also a well-developed rehabilitation coordinator function at 100 percent, an elderly care clinic, a lifestyle clinic, and a mobile care team. In telephone advice and primary care triage, initial patient handling is handled smoothly by nurses with support from doctors, physiotherapists, and nursing assistants. As a nurse/district nurse, you will work with telephone advice, management of acute patients, dressing changes, as well as medical administration and clinic work. You will also work with triage. QUALIFICATIONS For this position, you must be a licensed nurse or have further training as a district nurse with the authority to practice within Swedish healthcare. Swedish language proficiency at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's level scale is required. Since travel occurs in the position, a valid B driver's license is required. It is meritorious to have previous experience working as a diabetes nurse and/or from work within primary care.
