JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a district nurse with us, you will work closely with other professionals at the health center and together contribute to providing our patients with safe and quality care. The role includes some duty on the family medicine emergency care in Söderhamn. You are interested in development and improvement work and confident in your professional role, and you have the ability to meet people in a professional and empathetic manner. As a district nurse, you should • be a licensed nurse with district nurse education • hold a valid driver's license (category B). For this position, it is advantageous if you have experience working in primary care, experience with elderly care team work, Lifecare, and the journal system Cosmic.
