The clinic is located in Sollentuna municipality, near the commuter train station at Sollentuna centrum. Approximately 15 minutes to Stockholm C. We are a team of 30 employees providing primary care for approximately 10,100 registered patients. We mentor nursing students, medical students, and AT and ST doctors. Within our operations, we offer physician visits, nursing and district nurse visits, medical foot care, home care, telephone advice, diabetes clinic, asthma/COPD clinic, osteoporosis clinic, elderly care clinic, psychologist/psychotherapist clinic, and rehabilitation coordination. Job Responsibilities: Work as a District Nurse is varied. Work will be conducted both at our clinic and in home care. At the clinic, work consists of telephone advice, chat, own clinic visits, and other relevant tasks. In home care you will primarily work with home visits and coordination of our home care patients. Qualifications: Licensed nurse, preferably with further education in open healthcare and prescribing rights. We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in working at a health center. We believe that you as a person are positive, see solutions, and have drive. It is meritorious if you have worked at a health center previously. Employment Type: Locum employment. Full-time 100%.
