Kallinge Health Center is part of Health Choice, and here we are just over 45 employees in various professions working together to meet our approximately 8,000 registered patients. We also have a branch in Bräkne-Hoby with approximately 3,000 registered patients. We have specialist nurse clinics in diabetes, asthma/COPD, senior care, and child health services. About the Job Are you passionate about primary care? Then you are warmly welcome to our wonderful team. As a district nurse / registered nurse at the health center, you meet everyone from small children to our elderly citizens. Work tasks include reception work, medical assessments, telephone advice, wound dressing changes, triage, and more. At Kallinge Health Center, we work in two smaller teams to promote good work environment, good collaboration, and continuity for us and our registered patients. About You We are looking for you who are a licensed district nurse or licensed registered nurse with extensive experience working at a health center. Training / experience / interest in diabetes clinics is a merit since we now need to strengthen this clinic. You have a genuine interest in helping people and always work with the patient in focus. You are confident in your professional role and are a positive colleague who contributes to our good work climate. Furthermore, you have good collaboration skills, initiative, and appreciate a fast pace. Since we are keen on finding a colleague who complements our team, we will place great emphasis on personal suitability in this recruitment. Region Blekinge conducts security vetting of all permanent employees. Applicants who are considered for employment must provide an extract from the Police Authority's criminal record register before employment (form 442.9). Some of our positions are classified as security positions where the employee must undergo a security clearance interview and register check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585).
