You will meet a dedicated and conscientious team that values a family-like team spirit! Job Responsibilities The position involves nursing duties within outpatient operations at the health center. You will meet patients of all ages and life situations to provide health promotion and preventive care. The role includes: Telephone health advice Outpatient care Vaccinations Triage Digital healthcare consultations Home visits Interprofessional collaboration with other healthcare professionals You are an important part of the team and contribute to safe, efficient, and professional patient care. Qualifications We are looking for a registered nurse, preferably with specialist training as a district nurse. Previous experience working at a health center is a merit. Personal Qualities Great importance is placed on personal suitability. You are responsible, flexible, and work well with others. You have a genuine interest in people and excellent service, and you contribute to a positive atmosphere in the work team. Additional Information This is a permanent position at 100% or by agreement. Start date is negotiable. Interviews are conducted on a rolling basis and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
