Fagersta Health Center Swedish Church opened in November 2023 and operates as a separate company within the Swedish Church in Fagersta, as part of our mission to be there for people in Fagersta from cradle to grave. We have committed to hiring knowledgeable and experienced staff; doctors, nurses and district nurses, therapists and more, to provide the residents of Fagersta with the best possible care and support. We currently have 18 employees and approximately 3450 registered patients at the health center. About the Position: We are looking for a committed district nurse – preferably with Asthma/COPD training or other specialist training – who wants to be part of our team and take independent responsibility. The position includes standard district nurse consultations, telephone advice, and other typical health center duties. As a person, you are clear and trustworthy with strong organizational and prioritization skills. You are dedicated and careful to maintain high quality in your work. You enjoy challenges, want to be involved in the health center's development, and see collaboration with colleagues as important factors. Further education as a district nurse Competencies Meritorious Previous experience in primary care work Experience in Ward/Reception work Experience in telephone advice. We use the Cosmic medical records system and the TeleQ telephone system. Previous work in municipal health and care Previous experience with Asthma/COPD, diabetes, dementia, Rehab Coordinator.
