Our patients meet us at Region Uppsala's own health centers or within rehabilitation, and we provide advice by phone via 1177. Education, research, and development are important to us, as we adapt our services based on residents' needs. We already offer mobile teams, video visits, and smart e-services. Storvreta Health Center is a medium-sized health center with teamwork in focus. Now that one of our district nurses is moving on to another position, we are seeking a new team member who wants to be part of our team and contribute to continued quality care and development. With us, you will work broadly within primary care and meet patients of different ages with varying needs. You will be an important part of an interdisciplinary collaboration where the patient is always in focus. Your Assignment As a district nurse at Storvreta Health Center, you will work with patient contact both through scheduled visits and via phone or chat. We have several specialist clinics and the work is highly varied, with accessibility in focus. As a district nurse at the health center, you will need to be flexible and work together with different professions. Your Qualifications We are looking for you as a licensed district nurse, preferably with experience from primary care. As a person, you are positive, have a flexible working approach, and good ability to collaborate with the rest of the team while also having experience and ability to work independently. You also have a strong ability and desire to develop the service together with other professional categories at the clinic. We place great emphasis on personal qualities. Our Operations Storvreta Health Center is part of the administration Near Care and Health, Region Uppsala, and is located in a community north of Uppsala. We offer most services within primary care and at the health center everyone works to provide our patients with the best possible care. The broad variation from families with children to elderly patients creates a stimulating and developing workplace. We have approximately 8,200 registered patients and we are 37 employees. Storvreta is easily accessible by train, which takes about 8 minutes from Uppsala Central Station. The health center is part of the administration Near Care and Health in Region Uppsala.
