In this role, you will meet patients through digital channels and, when needed, in person.
You will work closely with colleagues from multiple professions and help shape clear workflows where technology helps us prioritize correctly, reduce wait times, and create better follow-up.
Together, we develop workflows that are easy for patients to understand and efficient for the team – from first contact through follow-up and self-care support.
We are looking for someone who is curious, confident in your skills, and thrives when ideas can quickly be turned into improvements. You are comfortable with digital tools and see the potential in AI support, standardized care protocols, and consistent documentation.
