About the Operation Kry Health Center Triangeln with its associated child health center is located in modern facilities centrally near the Triangeln shopping center in Malmö. The health center opened in June 2021 and has grown rapidly to approximately 12,500 registered patients and approximately 35 employees. Here you have the opportunity to work flexibly and contribute with us to developing primary care. The health center is characterized by a modern approach, innovative thinking, and above all, person-centered care. The health center also has an agreement with the municipality and is responsible for physician staffing at one SÄBO and three LSS residential facilities. About the Role You have a central role in the routine tasks at the clinic where you get the opportunity to meet many different patients. At the same time, you have the opportunity to develop your own competence and be part of the journey to develop and transform primary care. The health center places great emphasis on working close to the patient, with continuity and with a focus on achieving the best possible care through collaboration between different professions. Qualifications & Characteristics Licensed District Nurse. Further education in diabetes care / psychiatry / asthma / COPD is a merit. Experience within Swedish healthcare. Experience within Swedish primary care is highly meritorious. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Additional language skills are a merit. Good technical skills. You work evidence-based, are professional in your approach, and prioritize putting the patient first. You have good collaboration skills and are responsive to both colleagues and patients.
