TASK DESCRIPTIONS We welcome you who are an advanced district nurse or licensed registered nurse. We work interprofessionally in teams with nurses, physicians, and nurse assistants. Phone triage is a shared responsibility for all district nurses and registered nurses in the operation, and this work alternates with tasks in the emergency team, in interprofessional teams, and with your own clinic work. QUALIFICATIONS We welcome you who are a district nurse or licensed registered nurse with authorization to practice within Swedish healthcare. Swedish language proficiency at least at level C1 according to the Council of Europe scale is a requirement. We would also like you to have experience working at a health center and experience working in the PMO medical records system. Experience working with elderly care clinics, wound care, and memory clinics is a merit.
