We work in multiprofessional teams and have an established acute care team with physicians, nurses, and nurse assistants, as well as multiprofessional teams for other patient flows. DUTIES We now welcome you as an advanced practice district nurse or licensed nurse. In your role as district nurse/nurse, you work with assessment of various medical conditions and referrals to the appropriate level of care. We work multiprofessionally in teams with nurses, physicians, and nurse assistants. Telephone triage is a shared responsibility for all district nurses and nurses in the operation, and this work alternates with duties in the acute care team, in multiprofessional teams, and with your own clinic work. QUALIFICATIONS We welcome you as a district nurse or licensed nurse with authorization to practice within Swedish healthcare. Swedish language skills at least equivalent to level C1 according to the Council of Europe scale is required. We also welcome experience working at a health center and experience working with the PMO medical records system. Experience working with elderly clinics, wound care, and memory clinics is a plus.
