In this role, you are responsible for a defined district in Stockholm with full focus on revenue, profitability, and long-term customer development. You drive active market development with a focus on establishing new customers and developing existing partnerships within professional painting and the reseller channel. This is an independent field role within B2B with full budget and profit responsibility. Structure, prioritization, and systematic follow-up are crucial to success. You work with a broad product range and act as a professional and business-driven partner to the region's professional customers. You will be part of Team Stockholm together with two sales colleagues, where you collectively drive and develop the business in the region. The role also involves close cooperation with stores, Sales Support, Marketing, Technical Service, and other sales colleagues in Sweden. Main responsibilities • Responsibility for growth and profitability within the PRO segment in the district • Identify and establish new business opportunities • Develop the potential of existing customers • Implement and follow up on campaigns and product launches • Conduct product demonstrations and training for professional customers • Establish and work according to district and customer plans • Negotiate and conclude local agreements within given frameworks • Ensure quality in forecasting and follow-up in CRM This is a permanent full-time position based in Stockholm. You report to the PRO Sales Manager and are part of the regional sales team. Who are you? We are looking for someone with experience in B2B sales who is used to taking full responsibility for both activity and results in your district. You are driven to develop businesses, identify new opportunities, and build long-term, trusting relationships with professional customers. Experience from the painting or construction industry is a merit. If you also have an understanding of how businesses operate in the industry and how decision-making processes work, we see that as a clear advantage. You are comfortable in customer dialogue, work in a structured manner, and see CRM, planning, and follow-up as a natural part of your sales process. Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as well as a valid driver's license (category B) are required.
