About the Operation Become one of us! Smedjebacken Healthcare Center has approximately 7,100 registered patients. The assignment is broad and formulated in agreement with the Healthcare Choice Unit. The healthcare center's staffing consists of many different professional categories with broad expertise. Collaboration and utilization of each other's knowledge is an important part of the work at Smedjebacken Healthcare Center. We have specialist nurse clinics for, among other things, diabetes, blood pressure, asthma/COPD, anticoagulation therapy, and dementia. In addition, we have a coordinator nurse for mental health and a counseling clinic with talk therapists. We have child health clinic services with both child health nurses and child health psychologists. Primary care rehabilitation (physical therapists and occupational therapist), midwifery clinic, youth clinic, and counseling clinic for children and young people. We are a work team with good atmosphere where collaboration between different professions is very good. We have a strong focus on structured development work to provide our patients with the best healthcare while creating a good work environment. As a specialist doctor in general medicine at our healthcare center, you will encounter an exciting variety of patients and work tasks. Job Duties As a district doctor with us, you will work with acute and planned patient consultations with the broad general medicine assignment as the basis. The work is varied and independent where you will meet patients of all ages. You collaborate with other professionals who contribute their expertise. Qualifications We are looking for you who are a specialist doctor in general medicine have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing (Swedish C) You are a competent doctor who has a structured working method and the ability to work both independently and in multiprofessional teams. We would like you to be a person who is confident, flexible, and contributes to a positive atmosphere. You have good communication with your colleagues and patients. You have an interest in mentoring future colleagues and you want to contribute to developing the operation.
