About the Operations
Welcome to our respected rural primary care center with approximately 6,500 registered patients! We offer diverse services including a district physician practice, district nurse practice, and specialized clinics for diabetes, blood pressure, heart failure, asthma/COPD, risk/substance abuse, and mental health. We also provide maternal and child health services, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, rehabilitation coordination, and counseling services.
With 75 km to the nearest hospital, we fulfill an important function for our patients—and you'll become part of a team that makes a difference. We have access to X-ray equipment where delegated staff can perform examinations, allowing us to manage a broad range of patient cases.

Job Responsibilities
As a physician at Malung Primary Care Center, you'll work with both scheduled and acute cases and meet patients of all ages.
We operate across the entire general medicine field including SÄBO/Home Care, child health clinics, maternal health clinics, and youth clinics. You may supervise physicians in training, and the role includes primary care on-call duty and on-call readiness.
Qualifications
We are looking for you if you
are a specialist physician in general medicine
have strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
have a category B driver's license
You have a desire to work long-term in primary care and feel confident in your professional role. You are motivated by contributing to development, enjoy collaborating with colleagues, and take responsibility for your duties.
Personal suitability is heavily weighted.
