Together, these units work to provide good and accessible care. Skellefteå primary care's southern base unit consists of the health centers Anderstorp, Bureå, Burträsk, and Lövånger. Here we work together to develop primary care. Bureå Health Center now needs to strengthen its team with an additional district physician. Bureå Health Center, with approximately 3,500 registered patients, is conveniently located close to the city, with Skellefteå center just 15 minutes away. The area is growing due to its rural and scenic setting and proximity to central Skellefteå. At Bureå Health Center you'll quickly become "part of the team." JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a district physician with us, you contribute with knowledge and commitment that makes people feel secure. The specialty of general medicine is characterized by encounters with patients throughout their entire lives. The competence includes meeting people of all ages with all kinds of health-related problems and independently assessing and treating these. In general medicine specialist work, you should also follow an individual's various health problems over time and, in assessing health problems, take into account the person's entire life situation. You work to a high degree independently, but teamwork with physician colleagues and other professions is a natural part of the work. With us, you have the opportunity to mentor AT, BT, and ST physicians as well as students to become future colleagues. On-call duty in primary care is part of the position. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for a licensed physician with specialist competence in general medicine.
