The Role of District Physician As a district physician at Bra Liv Gislaved Health Center, you are offered an independent position where you have the opportunity to influence your work. The work is varied with scheduled and acute patient visits, supervision of medical trainees, collaboration with home healthcare, and the opportunity to work at the municipality's special residences and/or child health services. We also offer you engaging and exciting work close to the public with many contact points where your expertise is valued and stimulated. On-call duties and emergency room service at Närakuten are included in the position. Your Future Workplace Bra Liv Gislaved Health Center, with fresh and fine facilities in central Gislaved, is in an exciting development phase. We have approximately 13,000 registered patients and over 50 employees from various professions. The health center's hallmark is teamwork and interprofessional collaboration with the patient at the center. Our work environment is important and should be characterized by dialogue and well-being! Your Profile We are looking for you who: • Have proof of specialist competence and good knowledge of Swedish language (at least C1 level). • Have experience as a district physician and can play a central role in our physician team and other operations. • Have experience supervising medical trainees and other professions at the health center. • Can work independently and with various professional groups. • Are engaged and responsible and understand the importance of good patient care. • Are flexible and want to develop and improve operations together with us. • Acquire new knowledge, work according to the latest research, and serve as a knowledge resource for your colleagues. • Can adapt your work, approach, and attitude based on the patient and situation. • Hold a class B driver's license. • Through good collaboration with management and colleagues, want to contribute to creating participation and a good work environment.
