Your tasks consist of reception work with excellent opportunities for other stimulating assignments such as supervising trainee physicians (BT/AT/ST) and responsibility for various clinical processes based on your interests. As part of your work, you will contribute to developing our operations and have good opportunities to influence your work schedule and appointments, allowing you to shape your work environment. Some on-call and standby duty is also included, as it is throughout primary care in Region Uppsala. Your Qualifications We are looking for a physician with specialist competence in general medicine with Swedish medical licensure and good ability to communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written. Since we are currently in a phase where we have great opportunities to develop our operations, it is a merit if you have an interest in healthcare development with patients and patient flows in focus. It is also valuable if you appreciate working in teams around patients with other professions to create efficient flows. We place great importance on personal qualities. Our Operations Heby Health Center is part of the Primary Care and Health Services division of Region Uppsala and is located in western Uppland with approximately 7,000 listed patients and 30 employees. Our operations are broad and all professional areas within the health center's mission are represented. We also have a youth clinic. Here at Heby Health Center, we work to maintain a good work environment with an open atmosphere and satisfied patients. The broad variety of patients creates a stimulating and developing workplace. We have diabetes, asthma/COPD, and heart failure nurses with their own clinics, a geriatric clinic, and a district nurse working with hypertension patients.
