We are located in the heart of charming Råsunda, near Solna centrum with excellent transportation connections via subway, commuter train, and light rail. We have approximately 9,000 registered patients and offer primary care every weekday. We serve a relatively large proportion of elderly patients who have lived in Råsunda for many years, as well as a younger, more recently relocated and often well-educated population. We have a well-functioning home care nursing team. We strive to work in a team with physicians, district nurses, registered nurses, nursing assistants, psychologist, social worker, and administrative staff to create good continuity for our patients. The work requires broad competence, planning ability and independence. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Licensed Registered Nurse Desirable: Specialist qualification in diabetes care or district nurse with prescribing rights Experience working in home care, primary care is an asset Good computer skills and experience with the medical record system TakeCare, Lifecare and TeleQ is an asset Driver's license (Category B). Employment Type: Temporary/substitute position. Full-time 100%. Working hours Monday-Friday. Start date by agreement.
