As a District Manager, you'll have a central role in leading, developing, and ensuring quality across your district. We are now seeking a District Manager for District South 5, which consists of: Värnamo Växjö Kalmar About the Role As District Manager for Vehicle Inspection, you'll have a central role in ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety in daily operations within your district. You have both operational and financial responsibility and actively participate in inspections. Your responsibilities also include quality assurance, work environment, and customer relations, as well as monitoring and reporting on operational performance. Your main tasks include: - Leading and distributing work within the district to ensure efficiency and quality. - Maintaining high service levels and customer satisfaction. - Conducting and following up on employee conversations and participating in competency reviews. - Recruiting, training, and developing staff within the district. - Overseeing training and introduction of new services and products. - Participating in inspections, maintaining certifications, and inspecting vehicles. - Holding information meetings with staff about quality, technology, work environment, and finances. - Building and maintaining customer relations and managing sales to corporate and private customers. - Making decisions about local investments, purchases, and maintenance activities. Your Profile This is a broad and responsible role for someone who wants to combine leadership with operational work and has an eye for both quality and customer relations. We're looking for an inspiring leader with the ability to motivate and engage your team. You are business-minded and have strong organizational skills that help you efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously and set the right priorities. As a communicative and trustworthy person, you're also skilled at building long-term relationships, both internally and externally. Experience from vehicle inspection and/or technical vehicle control is a requirement. To be considered, you should have: - K1 Certificate (current or previous possession accepted). - Driver's license (manual). - Leadership skills (previous leadership experience is advantageous). - Education in technology, preferably at upper secondary or higher education level. - Access to a car.
