As the district manager, you are responsible for the Aspö Line in Karlskrona's archipelago, the Ivö Line in Skåne, and the Bolmsö Line in Lake Bolmen in Småland. Your responsibilities include the district's five vessels, ferry terminals, facilities, and personnel and work environment responsibility for 25 employees. You report to the Operations Manager and are part of an extended management team consisting of other district managers and the shipping company's department heads. The position also includes budget responsibility for the district. We expect you to embody our values in your leadership: reliable, engaged, courageous, and professional. Your task is to work with your team to make operations as efficient as possible and contribute to continuous improvement. Within the shipping company, we work with a process-oriented management system and are certified according to several ISO standards. You will have support from your knowledgeable colleagues and the central support functions at the shipping office. The Aspö Line is also facing an exciting development phase, including fleet renewal, night traffic, new schedules, and a strengthened organization, positioning the Aspö Line to meet the needs of the future. Qualifications As a manager at the Swedish Transport Administration, you are driven by helping people grow through engaged leadership. You express yourself well both verbally and in writing and have the ability to create an open and trusting dialogue, as well as good IT skills.
