We are now seeking an engaged District Manager positioned in the Malmfälten region, with an office in Gällivare or Kiruna. You will take responsibility for a business in strong growth and largely a new team of approximately 50 employees, where the focus is on personnel, operations, and customer relations. About the Role As District Manager, you have overall responsibility for personnel, operations, customers, and budget. You work actively with the management group on personnel matters such as competency development, follow-up, and incident management. Leading and developing the business according to Avarn Security's vision, business idea, and policies as well as business objectives is a given. You will actively participate in developing the business's goals and follow up on them. You are also part of the regional management group. About You You have strong personal commitment to personnel and operations. What matters most is your willingness to learn, your curiosity, and your ability to get things done.
