Distribution Electrician

About the Position As a distribution electrician, you work with operation, maintenance, and new construction of HEM's power grid within the voltage range 0.4–20 kV. The work includes, among other things: · Operation, maintenance, and new installation of power distribution systems. · Troubleshooting and fault-finding in our distribution network. · Cable laying, splicing, and assembly in the ground. · Construction, reconstruction, and inspection of substations, cable cabinets, and other power grid equipment. · Switching work in receiving stations against the 130 kV network. · Collaboration with contractors and other internal functions in various investment and maintenance projects. The work takes place largely in the field and together with colleagues, which makes collaboration and good communication a natural part of everyday life. On-call duty may apply depending on operational needs. Your Profile We see that you have electrical technical training and experience with practical work in electricity, power distribution, or similar activities. We'd like to see that you've worked in the field for a few years and feel comfortable in the role. We're looking for you who have: · Upper secondary education in electrical work or equivalent training. · Class B driving license (manual transmission). · Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. It's advantageous if you have experience with: · Work in power distribution or electrical power. · Switching work and work according to ESA. · Electrical contracting. · Troubleshooting and reading electrical schematics. · Class BE driving license.
