Distribution Manager for Svensk Direktreklam - Umeå

As a distribution manager, you'll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and quality-assuring the distribution process and providing our deliverers with the best conditions to succeed in their work. Your responsibilities In this role, you're responsible for the entire distribution process within your area. You plan and follow up on daily operations, ensure high quality in deliveries, and actively work on developing and improving our processes. You will also: recruit, onboard, and supervise deliverers provide support and guidance to our deliverers in their work follow up on quality and results and handle deviations administer and update information about building access and door codes collaborate with colleagues and other internal and external contacts. Who are you? We're looking for someone who is organized, takes responsibility, and thrives in a role where you can take own initiative. You build good relationships easily and communicate clearly with people in different situations. You're solution-oriented, thorough, and can plan and prioritize even when the pace is high. We'd like to see that you have: 1–3 years of work experience, preferably in administration, coordination, or supervisory work good administrative skills and experience with Microsoft Office strong knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Driver's license (Class B) What we offer At Svensk Direktreklam, you'll become part of an engaged team in a company that constantly develops.
