We're looking for someone who enjoys working remotely from home and has solid experience using the phone as a tool.
A requirement for this position is prior experience in meeting booking, telemarketing, customer service, or field sales, and therefore you're familiar with handling objections. You will be calling cold prospects and generating interest for meetings.
We consider it a merit if you currently have your own business / self-employed status, but it's not a requirement.
About the Role
As a Meeting Booker / Customer Booker, you'll be booking meetings with established companies. Currently available are meeting bookings for real estate agents (e.g., free property valuations) & meeting bookings for alarm companies. Since you're offering a free and valued meeting, conversion rates are high, which gives an experienced booker fantastic opportunities to quickly achieve strong results. The work involves making cold calls to customers via our dialer.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00
Scope: Full-time only
Location: Remote work – This means you must be able to work undisturbed and have all necessary equipment (computer, headset, and good internet connection).
Salary: High commission based on number of bookings. You get paid regardless of whether the meeting leads to a sale for the real estate agent. (No cap, no base salary, no guaranteed salary).
Target: 25,000 - 45,000 kr depending on performance.
