Tasks and more about the role: As a Dispatcher, you plan and coordinate daily deliveries to ensure they arrive on time and smoothly. You plan routes, follow up on deliveries, and work in various systems to keep track of daily operations. You have daily contact with transport providers, answer questions, solve problems that arise, and ensure that communication around deliveries works well. You also work on improving route planning and develop your understanding of logistics, costs, and how results are tracked. When needed, you also help with more advanced transport planning and linehaul. What do we offer you? It's a big plus if you have an interest in IT and/or knowledge of the Intercom system.
