In your role as a dispatcher, you'll work in an important and central function where you lead and ensure that service work is carried out as planned. You'll be responsible for distributing work to field technicians, scheduling them for assignments, and when needed, rescheduling for emergency jobs or other special situations. The position involves extensive communication over the phone with technicians, customers, and colleagues. Additionally, you'll handle a significant amount of administrative work. Beyond daily planning, you'll actively participate in continuous improvement efforts related to work methods and processes. About You: To succeed in this role, we believe you have a few years of experience in similar work. As a person, you thrive in a role juggling multiple tasks and serving as the central hub with extensive coordination combined with social and administrative work. We see you as a team player who enjoys collaborating with colleagues. You are service-minded, meticulous, organized, and have a knack for seeing what needs to be done. You thrive when things are moving fast and have the ability to prioritize between parallel projects. Furthermore, you're communicative and skilled at building strong relationships both externally and internally.
