We are now seeking a dishwasher/kitchen assistant for our restaurant in central Halmstad. This position is perfect for you if you have previous restaurant experience, are comfortable working at a fast pace, and understand the importance of keeping the dishwashing, cleaning, and practical workflows running smoothly so the restaurant can operate effectively. The work mainly involves dishwashing, cleaning, sanitation, and practical support to the kitchen, bar, and service areas. You need to be able to operate dishwashers, cleaning equipment, and other equipment safely and responsibly. You also need to be able to follow instructions, work independently, and prioritize correctly when there is a lot to do. The work is varied and may also involve helping with simpler kitchen tasks, organizing storage and spaces, carrying goods, arranging furniture, assisting with rearrangement for events, and performing other practical tasks both inside the restaurant and in our outdoor service areas. Working hours vary and include daytime, evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays. You therefore need to be flexible and understand that restaurant work often means working when others are off.
