Your Role We're looking for a licensed physician with the ambition to develop within general medicine and eventually begin specialist training with us. With us, you'll work broadly with both scheduled and acute patient visits. You'll examine, investigate, assess, and treat patients, and when needed, make home visits. You'll be part of an engaged team with close collaboration between different professions. As a specialist trainee, you'll follow your individual training plan with mentorship, rounds, courses, and regular check-ins. You'll also participate in physician meetings and the facility's development work. We're Looking for You if You • Are a licensed physician authorized to work in Sweden • Have a genuine interest in general medicine and primary care • Are engaged, responsible, and organized • Want to develop and learn more • Enjoy working both independently and with others • Have good communication skills and a professional demeanor Experience from primary care or similar settings is a merit. Other language skills are also a merit. We place great emphasis on personal suitability and are looking for someone who wants to develop with us and become part of our team.
