The Malmö Traffic Area consists of approximately 940 employees and we operate around 250 buses daily. Together with our client Skånetrafiken, we are responsible for operating and developing bus traffic in the Malmö area. Personal Qualities and Qualifications As a bus driver at Nobina, you are social, flexible, and enjoy meeting people. You handle stressful situations in a calm and reassuring manner and always drive safely and environmentally consciously. In this role, you take responsibility for both passengers and the bus, in line with the Nobina Driver standards and our passenger promise. This means you: - Welcome passengers and provide the information they need for a safe and positive journey - Drive safely, comfortably, and sustainably while following all traffic regulations - Take care of the bus and report any damage or hazards you notice - Contribute to a good work environment and collaborate with colleagues - Stay updated and participate in necessary training We are looking for someone who: - Has a Swedish Category D driver's license and valid bus driver certification (YKB) - Has good knowledge of Swedish - Can work varying shifts We view positively applicants lacking YKB who wish to complete their qualifications. We offer full-time employment with a six-month trial period and on-call positions. Salary according to collective agreement. If you have previously worked as a bus driver, your years of experience (within the EU) will be credited toward salary placement. Digital tests will be sent by email and must be approved for you to proceed. A health examination will be conducted before employment.
