Would you like to develop further within service and cleaning and take on greater responsibility in your daily work? Then a Service Team Member role at Hemfrid could be the next step for you. We are now looking for an engaged Service Team Member to join our team in Örgryte and the surrounding areas. In this role, you will combine hands-on cleaning with quality assurance and support for your colleagues. You will have a varied working day and the opportunity to develop further within service and cleaning. What do we offer? A 75% position Collective agreement and secure employment conditions Fixed monthly salary – the same salary every month Mileage compensation when using your own car for work Paid travel time between customers Insurance (health, liability and occupational pension) Wellness allowance of SEK 2,400 per year Free mobile subscription Free training in home cleaning and continued professional development Field Lead/Buddy – support and a point of contact in the field Team meetings and social activities About the role As a Service Team Member, you will be an important part of our quality team. You will work closely with the Area Manager and Field Lead and help ensure that our customers receive a consistently high level of service. The role is varied and may include: Initial cleanings Deep cleanings Window cleaning Covering shifts when needed Quality inspections Introducing new employees when needed Key handling when required Who are we looking for? You are confident in your work and able to adapt to different customers and situations.
