Digital Print Operator – Stickers Production

We are looking for a print operator for our digital large-format production in Gothenburg. The role is ideal for you if you want to work hands-on in production while also driving a digital order workflow from printing and finishing through to completed orders ready for shipment. You will work with printing, laminating, cutting, and order tracking in a production environment with high order volume and many unique customer jobs. An important part of the role is ensuring that orders are complete, in the correct sequence, and don't get stuck between production and shipping. Depending on your experience, the role can be more operational or more coordinating. You will work closely with a small team and, at a more senior level, can also take greater responsibility for prioritizing, distributing, and following up on work in the print workflow. The role is hands-on, production-focused, and requires accuracy, speed, good computer skills, and understanding of how digital production works. Key Responsibilities Your tasks will include: work in digital large-format production with continuous order flow operate and monitor print jobs as needed check quality in ongoing and finished production handle finishing work such as laminating and cutting ensure all parts of an order are present and correct handle reprints, supplements, and other deviations coordinate with order management regarding priorities and deliveries follow up that finished orders proceed to shipping according to plan assist in other parts of production as needed Production Environment Production takes place in a digital large-format environment with Epson printers, Onyx RIP, and Summa cutting tables. Work is connected to digital order flows and production systems where printing, finishing, and order status are integrated. Therefore, you need to be comfortable with both hands-on machine work and working in digital systems. About Us Ride All Day AB is an online-based printing and production company in Gothenburg with its own brands in stickers and decals. We produce custom stickers, decals, and similar products in our own facilities, with digital order flows and in-house production from file to finished delivery. The team is small, production is fast, and work is strongly linked to systems, structure, and continuous improvements. The business is growing, which means workflows, work methods, and capacity are continuously developed as volume increases. Who Are You? We are open to candidates with different levels of experience. You can be relatively early in your development within printing or production, or have several years of experience from similar work. However, previous relevant experience is a requirement. This could be from print production, finishing, industrial production, warehouse/production with order flows, e-commerce with production, or other practical production environments. What matters is that you understand production, quality, and workflow – and that you can work hands-on from day one. Employment and Work Hours The position is full-time and begins with a six-month probationary period. Work is currently primarily during daytime. Start time will be agreed upon at the time of employment. Evening or weekend work may become relevant in the future, but is not currently a requirement.
