We are looking for an engaged and development-oriented methods developer/digitalization coordinator who wants to drive and coordinate digital development within elderly care. In this role, you will work to strengthen the organization's ability to use digital solutions that create value for service users, relatives, and employees alike. By developing digital work methods, implementing welfare technology, and supporting operations in change management, you contribute to increased quality, efficiency, and participation. You will become an important link between operations, technology, and strategic development where communication, coordination, and learning are in focus. The role involves many points of contact and close collaboration with managers, employees, digitalization representatives, and other key functions within the organization. Responsibilities As a methods developer/digitalization coordinator, you will: Coordinate and drive digitalization initiatives within elderly care in line with the municipality's overarching digitalization strategy. Identify the organization's needs and opportunities through dialogue with employees, service users, and relatives. Coordinate and support digitalization representatives within elderly care and contribute to knowledge sharing and experience exchange. Initiate, plan, lead, and follow up on development and digitalization projects. Manage the implementation of welfare technology, e-services, and other digital tools. Support managers and employees in change management and the development of digital work methods. Plan and conduct training and competence-building initiatives in digitalization and technology. Monitor developments in digitalization, e-health, and welfare technology and translate new knowledge into practical operational development. Qualifications We are looking for someone who has: Higher education that the employer considers relevant for the assignment. Experience working within elderly care or other health and social care operations. A good understanding of the opportunities and challenges of digitalization in the public sector. Knowledge of welfare technology, e-health, and digital tools. A strong ability to collaborate and work in cross-professional teams. Good communication skills, both oral and written. Pedagogical ability and interest in learning and development. Meritorious: Experience in training, guiding, or supporting different target groups. Experience in project management, change management, or operational development. We are looking for someone who is a driving and proactive person with the ability to turn ideas into concrete results. You are solution-oriented, curious about new work methods, and motivated by driving development and improvements. To succeed in this role, you need to be structured and analytical, with good ability to plan, prioritize, and follow up on your work. You find it easy to build and develop good relationships and enjoy collaborating with different professions and target groups. Furthermore, you are responsive to the organization's needs and have a strong focus on the service users' perspective.
