About the Role As a digitalization consultant, you will play a central role in your customers' digital development and work closely with organizations to identify needs, develop solutions and implement modern ways of working using Microsoft platforms. The role spans everything from business development and automation to security solutions and technical architecture - where you help develop both customers' environments and the team's collective expertise. Examples of work tasks: Digitalization and efficiency improvements in Microsoft 365 and Azure Automation with PowerShell, Logic Apps and Power Platform Setup and management of Microsoft Entra ID and Intune Implementation and operation of security solutions within the Microsoft Defender family Client management, documentation, onboarding workflows and system evaluation Application packaging, monitoring and technical troubleshooting Solution architecture and project management in varied customer assignments Your Profile We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in modern IT and digitalization. You thrive in the consultant role, are experienced at building trust with customers and are motivated by problem-solving and technical challenges. To fit the role, we would like to see that you have experience in some of the following areas: Identity & Device Management: Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), Microsoft Intune, Conditional Access Automation & Modernization: PowerShell, Power Platform (including Power Automate & AI Builder), Azure Logic Apps Security: Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps, Microsoft Defender for Identity, Microsoft Defender for Office 365 Collaboration & Platforms: Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Windows 11, Microsoft Loop, Liongard, Robopack, Hudu, RMM tools Why Nordlo?
