We are now seeking a Head of Digitalization who wants to take a comprehensive approach to our digital development and ensure that our investments create real business value. With us, you will have a key role where you combine strategic work with operational leadership and drive change in close collaboration with the business. Responsibilities As Head of Digitalization, you have overall responsibility for leading and developing the group's work in digitalization, IT and OT. You set direction, prioritize initiatives and ensure that development efforts are carried out with a clear link to the business's objectives. You drive digital transformation and identify opportunities to streamline work processes, strengthen delivery capacity and create value through efficient use of technology and data. The role involves close collaboration with the business where you ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions. You are also responsible for ensuring a stable and secure foundation in IT/OT and for implementing relevant information security and cybersecurity requirements in practice. You report to the CEO. Qualifications You have worked for several years as a manager and with management team work. You have relevant academic education or equivalent experience and several years of experience leading in IT or digitalization. You have driven change and development work and have a good understanding of how technology can contribute to business value. You have good knowledge of IT security and express yourself well in Swedish and English in speech and writing. It is meritorious to have experience with system administration models, such as pm3. Experience from working in public sector operations and/or larger companies and knowledge of ISO 27000 and NIS regulations is also meritorious. You hold a driver's license (category B). You enjoy collaboration with others and have a clear communication ability that allows you to explain complex issues in a simple and engaging way. As a person, you are unpretentious, solution-oriented and driven, with a genuine interest in developing the business and creating value.
